The accusations against Tiger Woods keep piling up in the ongoing lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE Magazine, Erica claims that her relationship with the professional golfer started when she was employed by him. She claims she was working as a served at his Florida restaurant when he pressured her into signing a non-disclosure agreement, fearing she may lose her job if she didn’t agree.

Moreover, Erica’s complaint alleges that Tiger tried to get her to sign another NDA following their break-up last year, and that he “tricked” her into being forced out of their shared home.

"When he became disgruntled with their sexual relationship, he tricked her into leaving her home, locked her out, took her cash, pets, and personal possessions, and tried to strong-arm her into signing a different NDA,” he complaint reads.

"Now, he wants to deny her access to the courts and put this case into secret arbitration, based on a highly redacted document that he claims is a contract between them,” it continues.

Erica alleges that Tiger made her believe she was packing for a weekend trip to the Bahamas. But upon arriving at the airport, she says his lawyer met her to say she was locked out of their shared home, and her relationship with Tiger was over.

The lawyer apparently tried to get her to sign another NDA, which she refused.

Erica went on to file two lawsuits involving Tiger, which are both pending. She first filed a case against the trust that owns the house she used to share with Tiger, claiming she was wrongfully evicted following their break-up.

Erica is hoping to win $30 million in damages from the ongoing lawsuit. Though the case implicates Tiger, she’s not directly naming him as a defendant. Erica did, however, launched a case against her ex, which only made headlines in March.

Erica is requesting that a non-disclosure agreement she signed in August 2017 be nullified as per the Speak Out Act, which allows for NDAs to be terminated in instances of sexual harassment.

Tiger hasn’t publicly spoken out about his ex-girlfriend’s lawsuits, but he has filed a response to the case against the trust, claiming he paid for Erica’s living expenses following their break-up, including for her to stay at a luxury resort. He claims to have also offered her funds to help her find a new place to live.

Tiger and Erica were first romantically involved in 2016, before their relationship ended last year.
