After having an extravagant wedding in July 2022, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still very much in the honeymoon stage, but they will soon begin adjusting to married life.

All of Lopez's spouses have had to follow one rule: they must be in excellent physical condition.
Star reports that since they got back together, Lopez has made Affleck follow a stringent diet and exercise routine.
“When they first started dating, Ben was up at 5 a.m., hitting the gym with J.Lo," a source said. “He was a lot more conscious about looking like a guy who was worthy of dating Hollywood’s biggest glamour gal.”
“She expects him to pick up the slack and wants him working out every day and eating right, no excuses," the source added.
Ben Affleck Can’t Have More Than Three Drinks In One Day
Archyde claims that during Lopez and Alex Rodriguez's relationship, Lopez set "a restriction of three drinks" for A-Rod whenever he was out of town.
According to Lopez's statement to Women’s Health, "I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”
With his romance with Lopez revived in 2021, Affleck has also kicked his drinking habits following a bout of alcoholism in the first relationship.
During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Affleck discussed his time in rehab and sobriety, as well as his drinking issue while married to Jennifer Garner.
“The cure for addiction is suffering, you suffer enough, that something inside you goes, ‘I’m done,'” Affleck said.
“I’m lucky because I hit that point before I lost the things that were most important. Not my career or money—it was my relationship with my kids, and when I felt as if it impacted them, I recognized it.”

Marca reports that Lopez provided Affleck with a prenuptial agreement with some unusual stipulations.
The agreement that Lopez must sign with Affleck in order for them to get married allegedly includes a provision stating that Lopez requires Affleck to have at least four sexual relations every week.
Affleck recently dispelled claims in an interview with Vanity Fair that he and his wife have a "four-a-week" intimacy stipulation in their prenuptial agreement.
"You can't legislate behavior. You've got to believe in the person and believe you can meet the challenges you face," Affleck explained. "Neither of us are stupid or naïve. It would be nice if you could have 'The Rules,' but you just can't write it down."
Yet, in an effort to mend fences and become closer, the pair have established ground rules for themselves to follow.

It has been reported that Lopez and Affleck have five marriage rules they agreed to follow to keep their marriage strong.
Affleck and Lopez reportedly decided to shake things up this time around, as reported by Life & Style. They knew firsthand what it was like to end things over simple disagreements.
“Ben and J.Lo made these rules to keep themselves accountable and to remind them that their relationship always comes first. That’s something that didn’t always happen in the past,” the Life & Style source said.
The pair has a rule that they can't be separated for more than five days. If one partner is stationed abroad for work, the other must book a flight to their location to maintain a regular schedule of quality time together.
“They’re also really going to make an effort to stagger projects. It’ll be hard because Ben and J.Lo are both so busy, but worth it in the end,” the source said.
The second guideline requires consistent interaction between Affleck and Lopez. The couple decided to use FaceTime every day if at all possible. This will allow them to stay abreast of each other's activities.
Affleck and Lopez have also committed to regular child-free holidays. The pair enjoys spending time with their children and each other's children, but they also recognize the importance of quality time spent between the two of them.
The A-listers agree on a lot of things, including their arguments. Lopez and Affleck agreed to keep their problems to themselves and away from the media. And they promise to put the past behind them, whatever problems they may have had.
Lopez and Affleck both work in the entertainment world, so they understand the need to keep their professional and personal life distinct.
They integrated their personal and professional lives, which was a mistake they made in the past. Finally, they decided to end their engagement due to problems in their relationship.
